JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-08-2023 Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Mr. Ajay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Krishna Sinha and Mr. Mohit Raj, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the Zila Parishad.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed by altogether 11 petitioners and according to them they have similar grievance. However, the days from which they are entitled are different. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners have informed that they will file separate representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Katihar, respondent no. 5.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Katihar, respondent no. 5 is directed to take steps to make payment of retiral dues to the individual writ petitioners in accordance with law, if the petitioners are entitled for financial benefit on account of 6th Pay Revision as well as the financial upgradation on account of benefit of dynamic A.C.P., the same be paid to the petitioners in accordance with law.

4. The representation of individual petitioners are directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of their representations in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
