JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2024 This is an application for quashing of the order as contained in Memo No. 115 dated 12.06.2023 issued by District Magistrate, Madhepura whereby the application for grant of arm license given by the petitioner has been rejected.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal before the Commissioner concerned.

3. This application is disposed of.

4. The petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal before the Commissioner concerned within 30 days from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3285 of 2024(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 today.

5. If such an appeal is filed, the Commissioner will hear the appeal on merits and the same shall be disposed of within six months.
