2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:
"That this is an application for quashing the order dated 27.6.2014 passed in Maintenance Case No. 77(M)/2011 by Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif whereby the learned court below directed the petitioner to pay interim maintenance amount of Rs. 3000/- per month with effect from 1.6.2012 to opposite party nos. 2 and 3 as well as to quash the order dated 16.12.2014 whereby D/W has been issued against the petitioners."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.
