This application is for grant of bail in connection with Sahpur P.S.Case No.44 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is nothing against the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody for about 11 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is allegation of demand of dowry and torture and death of deceased is under unnatural circumstances, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the petitioner is in custody for about 11 months, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10585 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 trial and try to conclude it within a period of one year and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
