Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Aayer P.S. Case No.65 of 2020 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the names of the petitioners have surfaced in the case only on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended accused. He also submits that nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22048 of 2021(5) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Aayer P.S.
