Petitioner seeks quashing of Annexure 1 and 4 which are the orders passed by the licensing authority as well as the appellate authority respectively.
However, petitioner has approached this Court without availing statutory remedy of revision which is provided under Clause 15(b) of the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001. Now learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to avail such remedy.
Accordingly this writ application stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer the statutory revision
Patna High Court CWJC No.3374 of 2014 (2) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 before a competent authority. If such revision is preferred, let the same be disposed of in accordance with law.
