Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. A mini rifle and cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Submission is that for land dispute false allegation is there. Petitioner is accused in some other cases also. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
