The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 314, 315, 316 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that on account of land dispute scuffle took place, in which the wife of the informant, who was pregnant, sustained injury and subsequently she gave birth to a child, which could not survive. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation

No.11955 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 that petitioners have assaulted the wife of the informant, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
