This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dumra P.S. Case No. 262 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that opposite party no. 2 is in love with the petitioner and they had married.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21963 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, arising out of Dumra P.S. Case No. 262 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
