This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Parihar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and considering the nature of injury report sustained by the injured, this is fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
