The matter is being heard through video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of Covid-19 pandemic.
Heard the parties.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
Petitioner was found involved in manufacturing the illicit liquor and was identified by the local Chowkidar.

No.11448 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
