The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.12.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 48 bottles liquor was seized but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the seized liquor.

Case No. 110 of 2018.
