JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, for in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to pay the monetary benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P, dearness allowances, arrears of pension since the date of retirement, Provident Fund amount, gratuity, leave encashment, amount of 6th and 7th revised pay scale as per the decision of the Municipal Corporation, 12% interest on account of delayed payment on 5th pay revision i.e. 01.04.1997 to
Patna High Court CWJC No.5194 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 31.10.2004 and other legal dues which are payable to petitioner in accordance to the law. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
