This is an application for bail in connection with Ahiapur P.S.Case No.730 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 341, 323, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though there is allegation against the petitioner of collecting huge amount of money in the name of investment and not returning the same on maturity. Company of the petitioner is a registered Company and he is ready to pay if the receipt showing deposit is made available and one after another several cases have been lodged against the petitioner and he is in custody since 30.9.2016. Heard learned APP also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15292 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 Having heard both sides and in view of allegation of collecting huge amount of money by duping several persons, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as the petitioner is in custody for about six months, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
