There is agreement at the Bar that if the petitioner produces KYC of all other claimants, the amount in possession of the respondent Bank shall be disbursed in whose favour the other claimants have relinquished the claim. Mr. Sinha states that upon completion of the records, the amount shall be disbursed in favour of the eligible applicant within 07 days.

Recording the aforesaid stand of the parties, the writ application stands disposed of.
