The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 452 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner, in drunken state, entered in the house of the informant, Kewli Devi, and started to abuse and assault her. On raising alarm, neighbours rushed there then petitioner moved from there.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the next door neighbour of the informant and due to dispute of the path, hot talk were exchanged but with ulterior
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11269 of 2019(3) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
