2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 18.03.2022 at about 4 PM, while informant was going towards Bathan, this petitioner alongwith co-accused dashed him with motorcycle and also abused him and thereafter, on the same date at 8 PM, this petitioner and co-accused Hitlar came and made 50 rounds of firing at the disputed land, but nobody sustained any fire-arm injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Though, as per F.I.R., firing was made,

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
