The petitioners apprehend their arrest in East Colony P.S. Case No.02 of 2019 registered under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of Loud Speaker Use Act as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioners were organizing orchestra dance without permission near Kali temple and the accused persons also made indiscriminate firing. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no empty cartridge was recovered from the place of occurrence. The villages were organizing orchestra near Kali temple. Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, the above named petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10771 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Munger in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No.02 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
