====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 308 of 2021 arising out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020 lodged under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36181 of 2020. After about one year the petitioner has preferred the present bail application in which a report was called for from the Trial Court about the progress of the trial vide order dated 14.06.2022. The report has been received vide Letter no.99 dated 23.06.2022.
