The writ application prays for a direction upon the respondent -Administrator Bihar State Marketing Board (since dissolved) as well as the State respondents to pay the remaining amount of group insurance with interest. A prayer for payment of GPF amount with interest has also been made.

Counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 files a counter affidavit and states that the admissible dues of the petitioner have been sanctioned/paid. Para-7 of the counter affidavit states that the CPF amount in the sum of Rs. 1,60, 660/- has already been paid by cheque no. 752168 dated 14.10.2015. A

Patna High Court CWJC No.9030 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 sum of Rs. 12,764/- towards the group insurance amount has also been paid through cheque dated 14.10.2015. On the basis thereof it is stated that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. Having regard to the prayer made in the writ application and on perusal of the statements made in the counter affidavit it appears the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. If there be any discrepancy in payment of those dues, it shall be open to the petitioner to represent before the concerned authority for consideration in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of.
