JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sachiwalay P.S. Case No. 189 of 2017, for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and considering the inquiry report submitted by the Internal Sexual Harassment Committee, this is fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his
