The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Agiaon P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Some miscreants intercepted a truck loaded with livestock and made attempt to commit dacoity. The police apprehended three persons namely Dharmendra Yadav, Bijari Yadav and Govind Sao. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of Sadhu Yadav, Bijay Yadav and Mantu Yadav who managed to flee away from the place of occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioners have got no criminal

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the name of the petitioners are disclosed on the spot itself by the apprehended accused who was trying to loot the truck along with the petitioners, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
