The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.13 of 2020 for offences under Sections 363 and 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the relationship of the petitioners with main accused, namely, Suraj Kumar, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
