JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, for in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent Municipal Corporation to pay the retiral dues including arrears of pay anomalies since 01.01.1997 to 31.03.2004, arrears of salary since 01.11.2004 to 21.08.2006, arrear of salary as per 6th revised pay scale, arrears of petition including dearness relief arrears of pension as per 7th revised pay scale include D.R

Patna High Court CWJC No.5193 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 monetary benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P, 12% interest on account of delayed payment on 5th Pay revision i.e.

01.04.1997 to 31.10.2004 and other legal dues with are payable to petitioner in accordance to law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
