JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual Court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.225 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) / 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Allegation has been made that he used to quarrel with his wife and has administered the poison upon her, result into the death of his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a labourer and used to come in Patna for his job and when the incident took place he was in Patna. In paragraph nos. 20 and 21, the independent

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S.
