JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding and directing the Respondents Corporation for payment of Monitory benefits of Ist and IInd A.C.P. and arrears of salary due to revision of six pay since 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2010 of at par with government employee and 12% interest of delayed pat of 5th pay revised scale i.e. 01.04.1997 to

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
