Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 250 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from the newly constructed house of one Manish Kumar with which petitioner has no concern as is evident from the seizure list.
