1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the letter no. 07, dated 15.06.2016, issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj Jalalpur, by which the services of the petitioner, as Panchayat Teacher, has been terminated.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner, without approaching the District Appellate Authority, has approached this Court.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has directly

Patna High Court CWJC No.18927 of 2016(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 approached this Court without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance.

5. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
