JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2019 Admittedly because of the various orders passed by this Court, the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has stood paid. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pension has been fixed on the basis of 6th Pay recommendation, however, similarly situated employees are getting the pension on the basis of 7th Pay recommendation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the departmental authorities for revision of his pension on the basis of the 7th Pay recommendation as also for other subsisting grievances.
