This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act. From the ambassador vehicle of the petitioner liquor was recovered and for that the petitioners are in custody since 22.10.2016.

The petitioners have sated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 267 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the
