The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Teyay) P.S. Case No.206 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners and other co-accused persons are said to have forcibly entered into the house of the informant and snatched a chain made of gold from the neck of the grandson of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

It is further submitted that the petitioners and informant are agnates and there is land disputed between the parties. Nobody sustained injury in the present occurrence. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and there is previous enmity between the parties, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur (Teyay) P.S. Case No.206 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
