2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.240 of 2019, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 457, 354(D), 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The victim girl had eloped with the petitioner and got married.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna/concerned Court below, in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.240 of 2019.
