The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 22.8.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32647 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.5.2016 and he has already completed nine months in jail custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Birendra Sahani, be released on bail on
