Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 registered under Sections- 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died her natural death while being taken to the doctor. While the deceased was in serious condition, information was given to her naihar people.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that this petitioner and his family members used to torture and assault the deceased. During investigation witnesses have supported the prosecution
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4949 of 2017 (4) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 case. Allegations levelled against this petitioner are serious in nature.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations levelled against this petitioner, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.
