The petitioner seeks bail in Special Excise Case No. 81 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Two liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. For that the petitioner is in jail since 23.03.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No. 81 of 2017.
