By the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Dagaruwa P. S. Case No. 231 of 2014 dated 22.7.2014 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

I have perused the FIR. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15148 of 2015 (3) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this case. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
