2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that similar matters are pending before the larger Bench, however, since the petitioner has not been paid retiral benefits on any head, he seeks to file a representation for payment on account of Employees Provident Fund.

3. The Managing Director of Muzaffarpur Central Cooperative Bank Limited is directed to fill up requisite form relating to the petitioner and send the same to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna, who will ensure payment of Employees Provident Fund along with up-to-date interest in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. The Managing Director of Muzaffarpur Central Cooperative Bank Limited may also consider other relief(s) as prayed in the present writ petition and the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law and, accordingly, make payment of all the admissible dues within a further period of six weeks.

5. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
