JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 19-01-2017 The petitioner has sought an enquiry into illegalities in the construction of culverts in Safapur-Dariapur Road, Begusarai and also for a direction to take necessary action against the erring officials.

2. In the counter affidavit, it has been pointed out that three men enquiry committee has been constituted on 2nd of January,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2965 of 2016 dt.19-01-2017 2/2 2017 and such committee has been directed to report within 10 days.

3. In view of the fact that enquiry committee has been constituted by the State Government, we do not find any intervention is warranted in the matter pertaining to a service matter in the present Public Interest Litigation. The State will take consequential action in accordance with law on receipt of the enquiry committee.

4. The present writ petition is dismissed.
