2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 83/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/376/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide orders dated 04.08.2023 and 05.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 45994 of 2023 and 25112 of 2024 respectively.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon a minor girl.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2023.
6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO Act)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge VI, Munger/concerned Court in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023.
