Counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner died during course of service, as Class-IV employee in PRDA, now Patna Municipal Corporation. He further submits that after death of the husband of the petitioner on 08.02.2004, the petitioner approached the respondents, but the petitioner has not been paid the entire death-cum-retirement dues in terms of the Rule including the benefit of ACP and pay revision admissible of her husband.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of all

Patna High Court CWJC No.6102 of 2020(2) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 admissible dues to the petitioner along with detailed calculation within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner shall be entitled to payment of interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing of writ petition till the date of actual payment.
