Case No.630 of 2016 but, in advertently, in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court, the name of the concerned police station in place of "Hajipur Town", "Hajipur Sadar" has been

In that view of the matter, in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court, the name of the concerned police station be read as "Hajipur Town" in place of "Hajipur Sadar".

The order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
