No. 1699 of 2013 on 27.09.2016.

Having regard to the consensus arrived between the learned counsel for the respective parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 27.09.2016 passed in L.P.A. 1699 of 2013 (Kranti Kanak & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and the respondent no.3 is directed to consider the case of the petitioners and in case, it is

The entire exercise regarding examination of the case of the petitioners and grant of similar relief as granted to the appellants of the aforesaid case should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from today.

The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
