18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners have preferred this writ application for quashing of order, contained in letter no. 4786 dated 19-09-2012

Patna High Court CWJC No.8647 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 issued by the Director, Bihar Education Project Council, whereby all the District Education Officers were intimated that w.e.f. 1-1-2012 the Bal Barg Centres would not run nor any Bal Barg Didis/ASRGS would be functional and all the children in the Bal Barg Centres would be placed in the Aanganbari Centres.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that this writ application be disposed of in terms of order dated 11-04-2013 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 21251 of 2012 and other connected cases, in which, similar issues were raised. The above writ petitions were disposed of with following observation: ".... the Government may consider absorbing them in other on going schemes/projects or in regular establishments. It is for the Government to take a decision in the matter. In case, such representations are filed, the Education Department would consider the same taking into consideration that they had put in more than ten years of service under the earlier project."

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as prayer of the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with the observation, as made by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 21251 of 2012 & other connected cases.
