This application for anticipatory bail arises out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11491 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 Katihar Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It has been submitted that petitioners are father-inlaw, mother-in-law, married sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law of the informant and in this case the whole family has been made accused by the informant with an ulterior motive. Considering the relationship of the petitioners with the informant, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Mahila P.S.
