The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.152 of 2010 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire occurrence took place over the grazing of goat in the field of the informant.

Considering the petty nature of allegations and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of

Case No.152 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
