Petitioner is accused in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 registered under Sections 323,408(A), 494, 504 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier also the informant has filed Complaint case No. 597 of 2011 for the same offence. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2016.
