Patna High Court MJC No.3969 of 2018(9) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16240 of 2016.

2. Certain action has been taken pursuant to the aforementioned order while punishing two officials on 02.08.2019. So far as another official is concerned, the State counsel has no instruction.

3. In view of these facts and circumstances, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority if there is inaction insofar as the third official is concerned, he may make representation. If such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall examine and redress the grievance of the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped.
