Admittedly, Simri Bakhtiarpur P. S. case no. 14/2012 was registered on the basis of complaint case filed by the informant and the aforesaid case was investigated by the police and the accusation was found untrue and thereafter, complainant filed protest petition which was converted into complaint case and accordingly, prima facie case was found against these petitioners.

The accusation against petitioners is that they demanded dowry from the complainant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8296 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K.Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa/concerned court in Complaint case no. 466C/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
