The petitioner being the Panchayat Sevak is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of purchasing of solar light from 2005-2012 on higher prices and not from the authorized dealer.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Panchayat Sevak and he was not authorized to purchase solar light and the F.I.R. has been lodged with in an ordinate delay.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned

Case No. 299 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
