JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant via video conferencing and perused the case diary. The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 730 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR that the petitioners and nine others entered inside the house and dragged brother of the informant, namely, Md. Raja Quraishi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21716 of 2019(5) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 from his house and carried him towards a field and, thereafter, they assaulted him by means of iron rod with intent to kill him and in course of treatment, brother of the informant succumbed to the injuries, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
